Welcome to the
website of Opalguard Bullmastiffs, Boxers and French Bulldogs.
Opalguard
has been well known for its dedication to the Bullmastiff since
1989. Throughout the years we have been highly successful
exhibitor and Breeders of this majestic Breed and have bred numerous
Champions both here in Australia and overseas. Our bloodlines
can be found in the pedigrees of many well-known dogs and have
contributed to many Kennels of note.
Our Bullmastiffs stem from the world famous
UK bloodlines of Oldwell, Graecia and Bournevalley.
Opalguard are also successful
breeders and exhibitors of Champion and Best in Show winning French
Bulldogs. Their
bloodlines combine world famous De La Parure (NDL), Palevyh Buldogov
(Russia), Nokomis and Glenlee
(UK) lines.
2010 saw the introduction of
our first Boxers. Both girls come to us from New
Zealand where tail docking is still allowed. They have
impeccable bloodlines featuring such famous kennels as Winuwuk (UK),
Jimbren (UK), Burnden (UK) as well, some of New Zealand's top
winning dogs.
By combining our selective breeding program with
our experience in breeding and exhibiting the
Bullmastiff, we strive to produce, quality, sound healthy Boxers
and French Bulldogs with excellent conformation and temperaments for both the Show
Ring as well as loving family companions.
We do not breed often but sometimes have puppies available to suitable homes.
